Mail clients are not working

To prevent spam, SMTP ports for mail clients are closed and cannot be opened.

At the same time, you can freely work through the web interfaces of mail services: Gmail, Mail.ru, Yandex.Mail, etc.

Here are some alternative ways to send and receive emails:

  • Use a web-based email client. Most major email providers offer a web-based interface that you can use to send and receive emails. This is the most convenient option, as it does not require any configuration.
  • Use a different SMTP server. Some SMTP servers are not blocked by ISPs. You can find a list of open SMTP servers online.
  • Use a Proxy. A Proxy can encrypt your traffic and hide your IP address, which may allow you to use SMTP ports that are blocked by your ISP.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when using SMTP ports:

  • Security: SMTP ports are often used to send spam. If you are not careful, you could be infected with malware or have your email address blacklisted.
  • Privacy: SMTP ports are not encrypted, which means that your email messages could be intercepted by third parties.
  • Configuration: Configuring an SMTP server can be difficult. If you are not sure how to do it, you should contact your email provider for assistance.

If you have any questions about using SMTP ports, please contact our support team.
